WHY?
To gather together as many 2011 Kili Bowl Alumni as possible, from Drake and Mexico, to share again the wonders of Tanzania, together. To relive the experience that brought the first-ever American Football game to the continent of Africa.

To tell, have recorded and shared globally the personal thoughts of HOW the Global Kilimanjaro Bowl Experiences changed the lives of all who were part of that Experience, how that helped form us into the people we have become, and how we now interact with our own families, in our own micro-societies.
To best allow those feelings and thoughts to rise up, we will revisit the same sites we did in 2011, perform the similar activities of community service, photo safari, interaction with locals, football training the youth, learning about Tanzanian history and culture, and being involved in Football on the historic Stadium turf of Arusha.
To seek out men, women and children of Africa that we interacted with in 2011, and ask them to explain how our visit and actions may have affected their lives then, and over the past decade and a half. The 500 kids who were totally engaged by the two days of Football Clinics provided by the Drake and Mexico CONADEIP coaches and players will undoubtedly have tales to recount. We will go find them, invite them to join us and tell their stories, their memories, now that they are young adults. Some may even now live in America or Mexico?
The Documentary element of this Event is a critical piece, for the reasons listed above. We are blessed to have Tristan Clubb lead this effort, utilizing what he has learned through his university education, his broad personal work since then, and now as he returns to Africa again after joining and journeying with us there when he was 12 years old.
