For the fifth consecutive year, the Global Football Foundation, in partnership with the Advancement Foundation of Fort Worth Diocese and the Catholic Diocese of Dallas will present a weekend of Faith, Freedom, and Football. The September 13 triple header at Choctaw Stadium, Arlington Texas will showcase student athletes displaying their talents and teamwork against like-minded Catholic School opponents. As an annual feature before each kickoff everyone at Choctaw Stadium will honor the memory of the 3,000 Americans who lost their lives during the attacks on 9/11 which occurred 24 years ago, before any of these players were born. All six teams will also gather and celebrate their faith with a private Mass on Friday evening.

Game Matchups: (times TBA)

  • Sacred Heart TX vs. St. Edmund LA
  • Bishop Lynch TX vs. Bishop McGuiness OK
  • Nolan Catholic TX vs. John Paul II TX

Returning teams from 2024 include: Nolan Catholic, John Paul II, Bishop McGuinness, Bishop Lynch, Sacred Heart Muenster.

We look forward to welcoming new and returning schools from 4 different Diocese to Arlington for this exciting and esteemed event. Along with the football action, schools will be represented by their Cheerleaders, Dance troupes, pep bands and choirs. Catholic elementary school students wearing their school Spirit or Team Shirts will be welcomed on-field during warmups. Our nation’s colors will be posted by the Prince of Peace Parish Knights of Columbus, with pre-game benedictions offered by the school chaplains and/or the Bishops in attendance. Tickets will go on sale through SeatGeek closer to Gameday. Please join us in watching your favorite high school teams go head-to-head in person this September as we celebrate Catholic education and athletics.
